Terms and Conditions

Promoter: QLVR

1. The Promotion

1. The Fit Stop Challenge (the "Challenge") is run by QLVR (the "Promoter").
2. The Challenge takes place at Henley Royal Regatta between 30th June and 5th July 2025 (the "Event Period").
3. Participants compete to record the fastest time to get both feet into a pair of QLVR ENDVR trainers.
4. By taking part, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees, agents, and contractors of QLVR, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. Proof of age may be requested. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who cannot confirm their eligibility.

3. How to Enter

1. To participate, entrants must complete a sign-up form at the QLVR stand, providing their name and email address.
2. Each person is permitted one attempt only. Multiple attempts by the same individual will not be permitted.
3. Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
4. Entry is only valid during the Event Period at the official QLVR stand.

4. The Prize

1. One prize is available: one pair of QLVR ENDVR trainers in the winner's size (approximate retail value: £165).
2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

5. Winner Selection

1. The winner will be the participant with the fastest verified time recorded on the leaderboard at the close of the Event Period on 5th July 2025.
2. The official time for each attempt is the time displayed on the timer at the conclusion of that attempt. This time is final and not subject to appeal.
3. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4. The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters relating to the Challenge, including timing, eligibility, and winner selection. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment

1. The winner will be announced during the week commencing 6th July 2025.
2. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
3. The winner must respond with their delivery address and shoe size within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in this event.
4. The prize will be shipped to any destination that QLVR is able to ship to at the time of fulfilment. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold fulfilment if shipping to the winner's location is not possible.

7. Data Protection

1. Personal data collected at entry (name and email address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Challenge and notifying the winner.
2. Entrants will be given the option to sign up to the QLVR mailing list at the point of entry. This is entirely optional and is not a condition of participation.
3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with QLVR's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.
4. Entrants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@qlvr.com.

8. General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical or other reasons outside its control.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
