Traditional athletic shoes start with men's lasts and scale down. We started fresh, creating a design that's built around the unique triangular shape of women's feet. Higher arches, wider toe boxes, narrower heels – every aspect of female foot anatomy informed our design process.

FIT & SIZE GUIDANCE
QLVR Footwear runs true to size and based on a regular width fitting (not a wide fitting). Please note that our women's specific shape intentionally delivers a snug 'locked-in' fit around the heel and across the instep.
The QLVR Wing fit system is moulded in a closed 'laced-up' position and thanks to the Pebax material, it will maintain this locked-in feeling throughout wear. Go with your true size to get that snug locked-in feeling or if you prefer a more loose feeling, you could go up a size.
The 'Foot Length' measurements which you can find below relates to the length of your foot from the back of your heel to your longest toe. You don't need to go up a size for 'toe wiggle room' as this is already built in.
How to measure your foot length:
- Tape a piece of paper to the ground or a flat surface, ensuring the paper doesn't slip.
- Stand on the paper, feet shoulder width apart only one foot on the paper.
- With a pen or pencil pointed straight down, draw around the toes and around the outermost part of the heel.
- Once done, step off the paper and use a ruler or tape measure to measure the distance between the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel. This measurement represents the 'Foot Length'.
- Repeat this process with the other foot. It is common for one foot to be a slightly different in length to the other foot.
- Apply the longer of the two measurements to our size chart above to find the right correlating size for the recorded foot length. If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend sizing up half a size.
CARE GUIDANCE
You can wash your QLVR. Just follow the below steps:
- Remove in-soles
- Place shoes in a mesh laundry bag (or a pillowcase).
- Wash on a gentle cycle with COLD water & mild detergent.
- Gently re-shape and leave to air dry.
- Shoes will regain their original shape the next time you wear them.

How do they work?
Our patented QLVR wing fit system is designed in a closed ‘laced up’ position, so that once it is on it will instantly give you a secure ‘locked in, laced up’ feeling. The 360 degree zig zag system provides a secure fit all around your foot and yet it can flex to mould to the shape of your foot. The narrower heel design ensures better heel hold to prevent heel slipping and stop your foot from moving back and forth inside the shoe.
So to put the shoe on, you place your foot on the rear of the wing (stepping on the back of your shoes like kids do!) and this opens the shoe for you to step in. Then to remove your foot you step the other foot on the rear kick step (see demo videos) which opens the shoe to remove your foot..
How do I choose my size?
Go with your true size to get that snug locked-in feeling. If you prefer a more loose feeling, or if you like to wear thick socks, go up a size.
As footwear brands’ vary in sizing, we recommend that you measure your foot length following these instructions here.
Why do you supply 2 extra insoles in the box?
We know that some athletes prefer a tighter fit for performance days and a more roomy fit for off duty or leisure wear. So we include 2 different thickness insole options in every box so you can select your ideal fit. Our built in insole also offers extra cushioning and the flexibility to wear personalised orthotics.

Our goal at QLVR is to build the best performance products but use materials that do the least amount of harm to our environment. With this in mind we are working with innovative companies to utilise their Premium Sustainable Materials and Compounds within our products.
The QLVR Running Slipper is crafted with premium sustainable materials, ensuring a responsible choice. The foam compound is derived from dandelions, providing a lightweight and responsive feel. Our bio based premium rubber sole is made from corn cob waste offering durability and slip resistance. Additionally, we use Pebax® Rnew® bio based polymer made from castor beans to make our QLVR wing and our spring plate, adding a high-performance element to the trainers. QLVRs also feature Tencel yarn, woven from Lyocell fibers derived from sustainably grown eucalyptus wood. These materials not only make the Running Slipper sustainable, but also ensure they are durable, comfortable, and high-performing.

I’ve not run in them yet as I’m awaiting surgery, bought these for my recovery. I have walked in them and they are great. Very tight fitting which is good. Comfortable and can feel the support on my arch. The cloud like sole feels amazing.
Super light, and as promised, a snug but easy-on fit, with bags of room for my toes to spread out comfortably! I have high insteps and was concerned it would put too much pressure on them. It is a close thing but with thin socks they are very comfy and convenient to get on and off. Let me know if you’re having a sale, more would be of interest..

This is my second pair of QLVRs, and it won’t be my last. I have been running for many years and these trainers are the very best. The cushioning and the stability are excellent. I removed the insoles of both pairs of shoes to help make the shoes roomier. My feet are a little wide, but I sized up and the fit is perfect. Even though the toe box is roomy, the style of the shoe is slim. The slipper effect is addictive in a good way. I have the white shoes and these new ones are black.
Love these training shoes, I’ve worn them in the gym and out for runs and very comfortable. They also look great, so I’ve been wearing them on holiday too.
I just LOVE my QLVR. I now have 3 pairs, one pair (black) for running and hiking, two pairs (light blue with and without red bottom) for day ware. I have always had problems with my feet, but not anymore. I can wear them all day and no pain. I can highly recommend them.

Love these trainers! Ended up a whole size larger than my normal size due to having a high instep. They are really comfortable and springy when walking and doing classes and they don’t feel they will come off in spite of being slip ins. Definitely would recommend. Customer care also very helpful when I needed to go up and extra half size.
Loving my new shoes from QLVR. I have had them a week and covered 60 very comfortable miles in them. I chose white, and they are gorgeous. Had lots of compliments. My feet are wide, so I chose size 7; I usually wear a 6. Lots of room in the toe box, and I am wearing specialty bamboo socks with a large toe box. I am still delighted that I can slip them on and off and not disrupt the integrity of the shoes.

I have never put a pair of trainers on and they have fitted so perfectly nor felt so comfortable! They genuinely feel different (for the better): I worried what they would feel like when running & they are bouncy and supportive - brilliant! And as I do triathlons, perfect for those transitions!
Comfortable all day long
Very comfortable, super easy to put on and take off. So far I have walked, run and cycled in my new shoes - all great. No pesky laces to get in the way or come undone. Lots of space for my wide feet. I wasn’t sure whether to get the next size up as one of my feet is bigger than the other, but because there is an insole that can be removed, the fit is great for both my feet and I am happy I didn’t choose the bigger size. No heel slipping or tightness anywhere. Perfect for a day out when I am going to be on my feet for a long time. A great design!
First run in these trainers. Very comfy and bouncy. No foot slippage very secure really enjoying them. Also wearing around the office and on bike rides. Midsole has lots of space for toes. I am very happy with my purchase glad I bought 2 pairs 🙌

I have paid these trainers forward to my friend Anne from down the gym. She wouldn't have thought about buying these trainers but as she is having a go at couch to 5k I thought they would be great for her. This is my second pair. I didn’t write a review for the first pair as it was a case of getting used to them. I’ll be honest I didn’t like them they just felt really awkward. Six months on I run, box and walk in them and would not use any other brand again. These will be my forever trainers
Second pair I’ve ordered. 1st was a US7, good toe room but a bit lose around the upper foot / ankle. 2nd pair US 6.5. A better fit and still good toe room. Best running shoes I’ve ever had
Although I've given then 5 stars i am returning as they are a bit tight across the bridge of my foot. However, the customer service team were really helpful and I'm getting an exchange for a different colour and half a size bigger, so I'm looking forward to receiving the new ones

Scrumpy thinks I may have an addiction!!!! From my first pair of Qlvr (black ones) which are almost worn out, to the latest electric blue ones. So comfy, so environmentally friendly, stylish and washable too. If you have XX chromosomes you have to have some! One wish, for the future - could you design some all black ones with a black sole so that I can be comfortable at work too 😉
Used with weighted vest for daily steps so comfortable and stable. Also gym sessions feel so stable in all exercises So easy to get on and off no adjusting laces for different activities just hugs around foot perfectly
